South Africa
The warm South African sun unveils a sunrise like no other as you enjoy a day afield in this diverse ecosystem. Our family owned and operated outfitter has a large privately owned property in the pristine bushveld/savanna and rare indigenous forest of the Waterberg Mountains in South Africa’s Limpopo Province. The property offers a variety of terrain from open brushy flats to thick overgrown mountains. This diversity in habitat allows the property to hold a large number of plains and dangerous game species. Tucked away amongst the bush are two beautiful lodges with luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. The staff will do everything to make sure your staff is enjoyable. The chef will prepare delicious meals as you relax with a drink from the open bar.
Firearms hunting will be conducted from 4x4 Land Rover vehicles as you, your tracker, and your P.H. search for a trophy animal. Some of the animals that live in the mountainous terrain will require hiking to a vantage point to glass for desired species. Bowhunting will be done from elevated blinds over water and food sources. The best time for bow hunters is between June and October in the dry months. Your PH will help you determine trophy size and identifying correct shot placement.
Pricing is based on daily rate and trophy fees of animals taken. Daily rates include your transfer from O.R. Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport approximately 3.5 hour drive, accommodations, sumptuously prepared meals, all beverages, professional hunter, well-trained trackers and field preparation of the trophies. 1x1 or 2x1 hunting rates are available. Dangerous game packages have minimum hunting days.
There are many other activities available on the property or within short driving distance that will enhance your safari. Non-hunting activities include deep sea fishing, elephant back safaris, national park tours, hot air ballooning, and many other options at your request. The outfitter wants this to be a trip of a lifetime even if you are an experienced African traveler.
O.A.S. will assist in all aspects of the adventure including customs paperwork, trophy importation and shipping, and travel advice. It is time to start planning your first or next South African safari!!

Testimonials
I took my first bull elk on September 7th 2014 after 5 tough days of hunting. OAS is responsible for setting the whole hunt up and walking me through the licence process. I always look forward to working with OAS and will be booking another adventure in the near future. Thanks Chris for making a dream come true.
